Recently, Frank Fuller of Urban Field Studio has become the Urban Land Institute (ULI) San Francisco Council’s (SF) Technical Assistance Panels (TAP) Co-Chair with Kara Gross of Joint Venture Silicon Valley. The program brings together volunteer experts from multi-disciplinary land use and real estate backgrounds to tackle site specific or public policy issues. TAPs offers honest and objective guidance to local governments, public agencies and nonprofit organizations in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
